Weekend Fat Girl

I'm usually really aware of what I eat on the weekends.  I can usually keep my calories in check, make it to the gym, and do well on Saturdays and Sundays.  Yeah, well not this weekend.  It could be because I had my monthly weigh in on Saturday morning, or it could just be that I had things planned and was busy.  Either way, my inner "weekend fat girl" made an appearance this weekend.  She came out for a short period of time Saturday night at a party we attended...  but then she reared her ugly head in full yesterday.   I ate out 3 meals yesterday.  YES... 3 freaking meals!! I never do that. I cant even tell you the last time I did that.   But - it is what it is right??   Nothing I can do about it now, except accept what I did and make a conscious effort to be more aware of what I put into my mouth from today forward.

Every now and again I slip up.  Its been awhile since I ate like an ass hole, but yesterday was that day.

So - today was a new day.

I had coffee/water
Breakfast was Peanut butter toast
Lunch was 1 cup of Trader Joes BBQ chicken teriyaki, and 4 chocolate chip cookies. YES! I had 4 petite chocolate chipper cookies from Panera.  They're small and thin, super soft and chewy and quite tasty.. in other words, STAY FAR FAR AWAY from them!

Snack was Simms turkey sticks, string cheese and one serving of these AH-MAZING almonds!!!!

These almonds are EXCELLENT!!!  I couldnt decide which flavor I wanted to try, so I opened all three and had 8 of each kind, to add up to one full serving for 170 calories.

At Walgreens right now you can get them buy 1 get 1 free for $3.79, AND on each can there's a manufacturer's coupon for .60 cents off each one, so I got 2 cans for LESS than what you'd normally pay for one.   SCORE!

This is dinner...

I found this flatbread pizza at WalMart today for $1.99.  They have 4 different flavors, and they range from 320-470 calories.    

I got the Sausage and Four cheese 
370 calories
46 carbs
17 grams of protein

I was NOT feelin the gym today.  I guess it's the food hangover I'm in from yesterday.   Anyway - My Floridian Bestie Kerry challenged me to 6 days at the gym this week.  BITCH!   SO since I skipped yesterday, I have to go for the rest of the week.  UGH...    

Gym today was cardio only, and I made it 50 minutes before I had enough for 575 calories.

    Jac - we all have those days. It happened, you accepted it and moved on. You didnt let it take you out and thats what matters. No one eats perfect 100% of the time.

    I wasnt feeling the gym today either - my back was not my friend. I got through about 36 mins...I tried stretching it out, but it was still hurting. I think I will try a heating pad on it tomorrow before going.

  5. I splurged like all god damn week with my birthday. And now I'm PMS'ing BAD. I love yet hate that I get my cycle only 4x a year w/ Seasonique but then I feel like it hits me 4x harder! Tomorrow is a new day like you said.
